Before We Get Started
The Florida 25% Rule Applies
If more than 25% of your existing roof is damaged, code requires a full replacement rather than a partial repair. We document your roof’s condition with photos during the inspection.
Park Approval
Most Orlando 55+ and gated communities require management sign-off with proof of licensing and insurance. We can have documentation ready the same day.
Permitting
We pull the Orange County permit ourselves, the day you approve the job.

How the Process Works
The inspection is free and comes with a written report you can keep, whether you hire us or not. Financing through Acorn is available if you want to spread the cost out. Our materials come with a 5-to-10-year warranty, and we warrant our workmanship separately on top.
Most Orlando roofs are finished in under a week once we’re on the job. The full timeline from first call to completed roof runs just under a month, including permitting.
Orlando Roofing Questions
Questions? We’ve got answers! Take a look at some of our most frequently asked questions. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Click the button below and send us a message! We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Which Orlando mobile home parks do you serve?
We work throughout Orlando and Orange County — from Bali Hai and Gulfstream Harbor on the south side to Alafaya and Deerwood out east, plus many smaller resident-owned and family-run communities. Give us a call about your specific park and we’ll confirm.
Why is TPO usually the recommendation for Orlando homes?
Central Florida summers are long and hot, and a reflective white roof cuts AC load meaningfully. Combined with a seamless, storm-resistant surface, TPO is the best all-around fit for most Orlando mobile homes. But we won’t push it if your home would be better served by shingle or rubber.
How quickly can you schedule an Orlando inspection?
Call us and we’ll set a time. If your address is outside our normal Orange County service range, we’ll tell you honestly rather than string you along.
Do you finance roof replacements?
Yes, through Acorn. Contact us and we’ll walk you through starting the application.
Do you do minor repairs or leak patches?
Not at this time. We focus on full mobile home roof repair and replacement.
What's the full timeline from first call to finished roof?
Just under a month on average, including the Orange County permit. The actual roof install is usually under a week once we’re on the job.
